Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and onboarding travel agent partners, while managing and growing a portfolio to maximise revenue.
  • Build strong relationships, understand partner needs, and present tailored solutions to improve partner performance and long-term growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, using data, CRM tools, and insights to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with partners through meetings and presentations, influencing decisions and ensuring ongoing engagement.



The Successful Applicant

  • A self-driven, hunter-type sales professional who is motivated by winning new business and growing accounts.
  • Strong in relationship building, with the ability to understand partner needs and communicate value effectively.
  • Commercially minded and strategic, capable of using data and tools to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with good communication skills and at least 2 years of business development or sales experience.
