Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver product presentations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product development and customization.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive service and support.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Background in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of plastic packaging or injection molding is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
