Job Description

  • Manage and oversee trade operations, including document collection, SBLC, LC advising, trade loans and issuance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in all trade processes.
  • Review and approve trade finance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve workflows to optimize trade operation processes.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to trade operations for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the financial services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP, Manager, (Team Member) Trade Ops should have:

  • A degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of trade finance operations, including document collection and LC processes.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in trade finance systems and tools.
