Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the property sector.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor and manage the company's financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data reporting.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance activities to meet statutory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
