Job Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls relating to outstanding payments and collections.
  • Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices and billing-related queries.
  • Investigate and help resolve payment and billing disputes.
  • Provide professional and empathetic customer service while communicating in Cantonese when required.
  • Work closely with internal teams, particularly Billing, to resolve issues preventing payment.
  • Build positive customer relationships and ensure queries are handled accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain timely follow-up on outstanding customer matters until resolution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Conversational proficiency in Cantonese to communicate confidently with customers.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls, including payment and billing discussions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • No prior AR or finance experience required, as structured training will be provided.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and develop within finance operations.
  • Comfortable working day shift and fully on-site.
