Job Description

  • Resolve post-production test programme issues to minimise customer manufacturing downtime.
  • Understand customer IC testing challenges and recommend effective testing solutions.
  • Develop and execute support plans as part of dedicated customer account teams.
  • Conduct test programme development and productivity improvement projects.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for critical customer issues.
  • Coordinate with local and overseas engineering teams to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customer engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor IC testing experience, particularly in wafer sort and/or final test environments.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Digital, Mixed Signal, or RF SoC testing using ATE systems.
  • Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in test programme development and debugging.
  • Proven troubleshooting and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience supporting manufacturing customers.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
