Job Description

  • Serve as the technical expert for AXI solutions, supporting customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
  • Evaluate customer samples and develop technical reports that demonstrate system capabilities and solution effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define system configurations and ensure customer technical requirements are met.
  • Install, configure, and optimise AXI systems while providing troubleshooting support to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver technical training, create user documentation, and support knowledge transfer for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Partner with engineering and product management teams to validate new features, drive product improvements, and contribute customer insights to future development plans.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements as a technical ambassador.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Automation Control, Mechanical Automation, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or applications role within electronics, SMT, semiconductor, or capital equipment industries.
  • Experience with AXI, AOI, or SPI inspection systems.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Viscom, Omron, Vitrox, Koh Young, ASM, SAKI, or MVP would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-driven, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region (approximately 70%).
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
