Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the APAC region.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Finance Director should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the APAC region.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
