Job Description

  • Oversee and manage legal enforcement and portfolio recovery processes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recovery strategies and minimise risks.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external legal teams to address complex recovery cases.
  • Prepare detailed reports on recovery activities for senior management.
  • Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise collection processes and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legal enforcement procedures.
  • Experience in debt recovery and portfolio management within the automotive industry or hire-purchase financial institution
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
