Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through advertising and digital marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and decision-makers.
  • Develop customised digital advertising proposals aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal media, creative, and performance teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, digital marketing sales, or business development.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience engaging marketing managers, brand teams, business owners, or agency stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, media buying, social media advertising, or performance marketing would be advantageous.
