About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational corporation (MNC) operating in a highly regulated industry with a strong global presence.

Job Description

  • Review and assess employee expense claims for compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Accurately document assessment outcomes in the Concur system during claim processing
  • Escalate compliance issues and recommend resolution plans to relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in compliance programmes, projects, and ad-hoc assignments
  • Support preparation of reports and training materials for process updates
  • Collaborate with team members to improve compliance documentation and processes
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives alongside the Line Manager and Global Lead

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a regulated environment. Candidate with Travel & Expenses experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (speak, read & write). Candidate with N2 and above is preffered.
  • Experience with QA, Audit, or Compliance processes (SAP/Oracle/Concur system exposure preferred)
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks and work extensively on system-based processes
  • Good communication skills and strong teamwork mindset
  • Finance or economics background is an advantage; healthcare/pharma exposure is a plus
