We are looking for a Japanese-speaking P2P Specialist to support invoice processing, vendor account management, and finance operations within a shared services environment. This role offers exposure to regional stakeholders, process improvement initiatives, and opportunities for career growth in finance operations.

Our client is a reputable multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong global presence and a collaborative working culture.

Job Description

  • Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items.
  • Respond to internal and external queries related to P2P transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support KPI achievement and service delivery targets.
  • Work closely with country teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and finance-related projects.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing to team members when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or Invoice Processing.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems or SAP will be an added advantage.
