The Team Lead will provide full employee life cycle management to manage the performance (service, productivity, and quality) of HR & Payroll Administration team delivering day to day customer services to all employees and managers. Provide high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way, to positively impact on customer effectiveness, efficiency, and confidence.
This position necessitates practical expertise in ANZ payroll, encompassing hands-on skills to ensure precise processing of payroll tasks such as timesheets, leave, termination calculations, payroll tax, superannuation, and compliance with Australia's Payroll Legislation.
This role performs all payroll and related activities, and ensuring the timely and accurate execution for North Asia Region.
