Job Description

  • Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance.
  • Implement and monitor system updates, patches, and configurations.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve system reliability.
  • Analyse system logs to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Windows Admin should have:

  • Proven experience managing VMware environments and Windows systems.
  • Strong technical skills in system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
