This role is responsible for end‑to‑end warehouse operations, covering receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch in a fast‑paced environment. You will lead daily planning, drive operational excellence, and ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Job Description

  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, manpower, and resource allocation
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through robust stock control and regular verification
  • Lead, coach, and manage the warehouse team, driving performance, discipline, and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage non‑conformance items and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure accurate system transactions, documentation, and WMS/ERP data integrity
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support smooth operational flow
  • Conduct daily or periodic team briefings to align on plans, KPIs, and improvement initiatives
  • Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and take corrective action where required
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
  • Support ad‑hoc operational and management assignments as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse AM/Manager should have:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or equivalent
  • Proven warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership capability with the confidence to make independent operational decisions
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and solutions‑driven mindset
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational discipline
