Job Description

    • Support and drive treasury activities across cash flow planning and liquidity management to ensure operational stability
    • Manage foreign exchange exposures in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
    • Contribute to the enhancement of treasury processes, policies, and controls to improve efficiency and risk management
    • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to support cash forecasting and funding requirements
    • Maintain and coordinate with external banking partners to support day-to-day treasury operations
    • Prepare analysis and periodic reports to provide visibility on financial positions and support decision-making
    • Monitor financial markets and economic developments to assess potential risks and impacts on treasury activities



The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury Specialist (Japanese Speaker) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)
  • Candidates with prior treasury experience will be highly regarded
  • Exposure to RTR (Record-to-Report) processes or finance operations is advantageous
  • Candidates from banking or financial services background are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in English & Japanese (min JLPT N2)
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
