Job Description

  • Manage the company's treasury operations, including cash flow projections and liquidity management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash management and minimize financial risk.
  • Monitor and analyze the organization's financial position to ensure adequate funding for business operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports related to treasury operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
  • Strong experience in treasury management, including cash flow projection.
  • Knowledge of financial practices within the property development industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
