Job Description

  • Manage treasury operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Oversee accounts receivables processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and assess credit risks, providing recommendations to minimize financial exposure.
  • Handle commission calculations and ensure timely and accurate payouts.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful BPO Treasury, Accounts Receivables, Credit & Commissions professional should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Open for commercial finance background in finance manager role or equivalent, those with experience with system integration is added advantage
  • Preference for auditing background or manufacturing background
  • Knowledge of financial processes in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
