Job Description

  • Process and verify trade finance transactions, including letters of credit and bank guarantees.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in trade finance operations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in trade documents.
  • Monitor and manage risks associated with trade finance activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to trade finance operations.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation of all trade finance activities.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Finance Operations (Officer, Exec, & Senior Exec) should have:

  • A diploma or degree in finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of trade finance products and processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in relevant banking software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Mandarin language skills has additional advantage.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced banking and financial services environment.
