Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and verify trade documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all required documentation is completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of trade documents for audits and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and customs officials, to resolve any documentation issues.
  • Support the procurement and supply chain team in meeting operational goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the documentation process and suggest enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Documentation Executive should have:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, supply chain management, logistics
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in supply chain management, including hands-on experience in order management and shipping document handlingSupply Chain Management / process knowledge, strong SAP (SD module) experience, operational order management, foreign documentary trade, analytical thinking, good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of trade documentation processes and requirements.
  • Familiarity with local and international trade regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in procurement and supply chain operations is beneficial.
