Job Description

As an Trade Documentation Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate order fulfillment and international trade documentation processes. Supporting regional markets, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with global trade requirements.Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer order management and purchase order processes across assigned markets.
  • Process sales and purchase orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor order status and serve as the key contact point for stakeholders and customers.
  • Review Bills of Lading (BL) drafts and coordinate shipping documentation.
  • Manage trade documentation, insurance certificates, and document collection from suppliers.
  • Maintain documentation records within SAP to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Contribute to operational KPI achievement and ensure reliable order processing performance.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Import/Export Trade Documentation Executive should have:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, logistics, or trade documentation.
  • Hands-on experience handling shipping documents and international trade processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and order management workflows.
  • Experience using SAP (SD Module) in a corporate environment.
  • Good understanding of foreign documentary trade and shipping documentation requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and globally connected environment.
