Job Description

  • Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on customs and trade-related matters.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize trade processes and reduce compliance risks.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate their impact to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants as required.
  • Provide training and awareness programs on trade compliance topics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Compliance Regional Senior Manager (APAC) should have:

  • A strong understanding of trade compliance laws and regulations in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or a related sector.
