Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Ensure test environments are set up and maintained appropriately.
  • Analyse test results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
  • Automate repetitive test cases to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of testing processes and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Test Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and scripting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
