  • Monitor adherence to established technology policies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of technology practices to identify areas for optimization.
  • Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions on technology standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on technology compliance and risk management strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager - Technology Standards and Policies should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of technology standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the energy & natural resources industry or a similar sector is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
