Job Description

  • Lead the operations and strategic direction of the Technology Centre, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics for the centre.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards within the technology department.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical decision-making within the centre.
