Job Description

  • Provide technical support for diagnostic equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair services for diagnostic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement technical upgrades and improvements.
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate service records.
  • Train and guide end-users on the proper usage and maintenance of diagnostic equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all technical operations.
  • Support the engineering and manufacturing department with technical insights and solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Service Engineer should have:

  • A degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience or knowledge in diagnostics equipment and systems. IVD experience is preferred.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for training and technical discussions.
  • Willingness to travel within Selangor and surrounding areas if required.
