Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Lead who can combine strong engineering expertise with leadership capability to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications and platforms.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance across the full development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and architecture.
  • Drive best practices in coding standards, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor and guide developers while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Lead should have:

  • Solid experience in software development with leadership or mentoring exposure.
  • Strong technical skills in backend / full-stack development (e.g., Java, Spring, APIs, Microservices).
  • Experience working in complex, enterprise environments (banking or financial services is a plus).
  • Good understanding of system architecture, scalability, and integration.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across teams.
