Job Description

  • Lead a team of automation specialists in delivering business process automation initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize manual, repetitive, and high-volume business processes for automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse current-state processes and design future-state automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, from process discovery and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain scalable Power Automate workflows that eliminate manual intervention, reduce processing time, and increase operational productivity.
  • Establish Power Platform governance, standards, and best practices to ensure secure, compliant, and sustainable automation solutions.
  • Monitor automation performance, track business benefits, and identify opportunities to further optimize and automate existing processes.
  • Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and automation-first thinking across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Lead - Power Platform should have:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business process automation, application development, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, integrations, and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience analysing and re-engineering manual business processes and converting them into efficient, scalable automated workflows.
  • Proficiency with Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and third-party system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, business requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Experience establishing governance, standards, and best practices for Power Platform development and automation delivery.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, challenge existing processes, and drive automation adoption across the organisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project delivery skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
