This role is ideal for a OTC Team Lead (Cantonese or Mandarin speaker) who specializes in Accounting & Finance within the Professional Services industry. The position is based in KL and offers the opportunity to lead operations in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations while driving operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Support the development of training materials and facilitate staff development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in the Accounting & Finance field, particularly in the OTC process.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting systems and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
