Job Description

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and laws.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
  • Analyze and interpret tax regulations to provide accurate advice to stakeholders.
  • Manage tax audits and resolve any issues with tax authorities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax-related guidance on business operations and transactions.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Prepare detailed tax reports and presentations for management review.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations within the property industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage tax compliance and planning activities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
