Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing platforms to attract top talent, including online job boards and social media.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and trends within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to stakeholders on hiring progress.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent to the Kuala Lumpur office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japanese Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to liaise effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An analytical mindset to assess candidate qualifications and market trends.
