Job Description

  • Develop and execute supply plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage supply chain activities efficiently.
  • Monitor and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making in supply planning processes.
  • Work closely with Japanese-speaking teams and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply planning framework.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all supply chain activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Planning Japanese Speaker should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
