The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing end‑to‑end supply chain operations for key customers, coordinating orders, demand fulfilment, and service excellence through close collaboration with customers and 3PL partners. The role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to balance demand, inventory, and cost while delivering accurate reporting and data‑driven decisions.

Job Description

  • Manage customer demand and order fulfilment, ensuring accurate planning, timely delivery, and high service levels.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse) and external partners such as 3PLs to balance supply, inventory, and costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, resolve supply or delivery issues, and support continuous improvement through data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Executive - Planning should have:

  • A background in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, with hands‑on experience in planning, order management, or operations.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to work with data, forecasts, and inventory information to support decision‑making.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, enabling smooth collaboration with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners in a fast‑paced environment.
