Job Description

  • Manage and optimise inventory levels and replenishment planning across the region
  • Leverage autonomous / AI-driven planning tools to improve forecasting and decision-making
  • Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. procurement, operations, logistics)
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure service level targets are met
  • Support digital transformation and adoption of advanced planning systems
  • Analyse data to generate insights and enhance planning accuracy and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain / Demand Planning Manager should have:

  • Background in supply chain, planning, or inventory management
  • Experience with data analysis and advanced planning tools or systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable driving process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with digital or AI-driven planning solutions is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to operate in a regional or global environment
