Job Description



1. Supply Chain Coordination & Operations

  • Support day-to-day supply chain activities across planning, warehousing, logistics, or procurement to ensure business continuity
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, IT) to track progress and align on key milestones
  • Maintain trackers, action logs, and risk registers to monitor deliverables
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring service levels are maintained during the transition



2. Data Preparation & Validation

  • Support preparation and validation of supply chain master data (products, inventory, locations, vendors)
  • Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors
  • Validate key operational data (e.g. stock levels, open orders) to ensure accuracy before system migration
  • Support testing activities to ensure supply chain processes function correctly in the new system



3. Cutover & Go-Live Preparation

  • Track readiness for system go-live, including stock readiness, transaction closure, and site preparation
  • Support coordination of stock build-up and logistics readiness
  • Ensure open transactions (e.g. purchase orders, deliveries) are properly closed before system transition
  • Assist in preparing contingency plans to minimise disruption



4. Post Go-Live Support (Hypercare)

  • Monitor supply chain performance after system launch
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues such as stock discrepancies or process breakdowns
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth operations



5. Change & Process Support

  • Assist in communicating new processes and ways of working to business users
  • Support preparation of process documentation and training materials
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track progress, risks, and key milestones
  • Proactively identify risks and support mitigation actions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, planning, procurement, or related roles
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes (planning, warehousing, transportation, procurement)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy
  • Good problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or system implementation projects is an advantage
  • Experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments is preferred
