The Social Media Executive for APAC will support the APAC Content team in planning and implementing our key social media initiatives across 12 markets . The role is primarily focused on managing the reputation of Michael Page across key social platforms to drive traffic, build awareness, generate leads and increase engagement.

Job Description

* Working with the (Senior) Content Manager for APAC and regional business partners, to create and implement social media campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs

* Developing and curating content that is engaging and aligned to our social strategy

* Overseeing social media presence, including profile optimization and maintenance

* Working with designers, videographers, and other creatives to develop multimedia content for social media platforms to engage the target audience

* Managing our daily social media activity across organic and paid (with the Media team)

* Monitoring, triaging and responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and fostering online communities.

* Managing a social media content calendar and scheduling content around key campaigns and tentpole dates accordingly

* Scheduling posts across multiple social or messaging platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Wechat etc based on business priorities, trends and available content

* Reporting on community engagement and working towards social and marketing KPIs

* Keeping current with the latest social media features, best practices, and platform changes.

* Leading employee training across the wider business for the usage of social media and for driving the micro-influencer programme

* Using Google Analytics or other social media tracking tools to understand audience sentiment towards content promoted via social media

* Reporting back regularly, to help improve content consumption via social media

* Use combination of Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM) tools, content agents and data driven insights to enhance social media strategy, ideation, production, and optimisation.

* Ensuring social content aligns with the organization's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, at the same time optimised for the platform.

The Successful Applicant

* Excellent Communication Skills

* 1-3 years of experience in working with main social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram. Wechat is a plus) and understand how brands use them to communicate and market their services

* Ability to create short, engaging content that is customer-focused and optimized for the platform

* Experience in using combination of Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM) tools, content agents and data driven insights to augment social media content and workflows.

* Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and how to flex content and messaging accordingly

* The ability to work to stringent deadlines with accuracy, whilst holding others to account on deadlines

* Experience reporting on engagement and trends

* Experience working with 3rd party tools to manage content scheduling, drive social sharing, social monitoring etc will be preferred

* Ideally previous experience in Shared Services, and collaborating with global and local teams remotely.

* Experience in translating creative content ideas into tangible business outcomes e.g. conversions across the different phases of the customer journey

* Take a data-driven approach to content marketing

* Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
