We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM Senior Developer to support and enhance a global ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). This is a hands‑on development role, responsible for building, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions end‑to‑end, rather than day‑to‑day operational support.

Job Description

  • Perform hands‑on development and configuration within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on CSM
  • Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, including enhancements and new functionality
  • Design and implement integrations (API, REST, SSO) and produce meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global teams and external consultants to deliver platform improvements
  • Train end‑users and provide guidance on effective ServiceNow usage
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5+ years ofhands‑onServiceNow development experience
  • Strong, proven experience with the CSM module (mandatory)
  • Experience designing and building workflows beyond out‑of‑box functionality
  • Integration experience (API, REST, SSO, reporting)
  • Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders and explain technical solutions clearly
  • Comfortable working independently in a global environment
