  • Monitor and manage resources to optimize service delivery in Shah Alam.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improving service quality and operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Operations & Customer Coordination Specialist should have:
