Job Description

  • Lead SAP FI/CO solution design, implementation, and optimization initiatives
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions
  • Translate business requirements into robust SAP system designs and architectures
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects
  • Participate in and lead regional and global SAP implementation projects
  • Provide expert-level support and resolution for complex SAP Finance issues
  • Guide and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices across the SAP landscape

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP FICO should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end financial processes
  • Proven track record leading SAP implementations and complex transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
