The Senior Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across domestic and international markets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will combine analytical thinking with strong customer engagement to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.

Job Description

  • Explore and develop new local and overseas markets while expanding the customer base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and product presentations.
  • Develop and standardize marketing and communication guidelines across business units.
  • Plan and execute customer relationship and marketing programs.
  • Prepare sales, marketing reports, and support project execution.
  • Conduct market trend monitoring, competitor analysis, and sales requirement assessments.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall company growth plans.
  • Drive personal and team sales targets while increasing overall market share.
  • Represent the company professionally in domestic and international business engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing with a proven sales track record.
  • Experience in aluminium, metal, or industrial products is a strong advantage (especially overseas exposure).
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and team-focused with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel locally and internationally as required.
