Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the record-to-report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and responding to queries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior RTR should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and processes.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial data.
