You will work closely with procurement teams, sustainability stakeholders, and analytics teams to translate business needs into structured processes, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights.

As part of ongoing transformation, the business is strengthening its procurement capabilities by integrating sustainability and data analytics into global procurement processes.

Job Description

  • Drive integration of sustainability requirements into sourcing, supplier qualification, and procurement processes.
  • Translate ESG strategies and regulatory requirements into procurement practices.
  • Define procurement analytics needs (e.g. spend, supplier performance, ESG KPIs).
  • Work with analytics teams to design dashboards and reporting outputs.
  • Act as a bridge between procurement, sustainability, and data teams.
  • Support global initiatives such as ESG reporting, supplier sustainability assessments, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and adoption.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Procurement Sustainability & Analytics should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related functions.
  • Exposure to either sustainability (ESG), procurement analytics, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (S2C, supplier management, contracting).
  • Experience translating business requirements into structured processes or reporting solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work across functions and regions.
  • Good analytical thinking with ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
  • PLUS if experienced with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI).
