The Mandarin Speaker - Senior OTC will manage and oversee the order-to-cash processes within the Accounting & Finance department. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations in the professional services industry.

  • Manage and execute end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) processes efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of receivables.
  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
  • Monitor and report on accounts receivable metrics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mandarin Speaker - Senior OTC should have:
