Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to OTC activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and recommend actions to optimize cash flow.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the OTC cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior OTC Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is an advantage.
