  • Oversee order-to-cash (OTC) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Manage customer invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Resolve discrepancies and disputes in billing and collections processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance OTC workflows and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with Cantonese-speaking stakeholders to address inquiries.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to financial reporting activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior OTC (Cantonese Speaker) should have:
