Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and relevant documentation.
  • Analyse order management processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on order statuses and potential delays.

The Successful Applicant

  • Manage end-to-end customer order processing, including order validation, order entry, and sales order creation in SAP.
  • Prepare quotations, verify pricing and commercial terms, and ensure accurate order documentation and master data maintenance.
  • Coordinate with customers, production plants, inventory teams, and logistics stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
  • Handle complex order scenarios such as credit holds, proforma orders, urgent requests, order amendments, cancellations, returns, and customer escalations.
  • Monitor order status proactively, resolve delivery issues, and maintain clear communication with customers regarding delays or schedule changes.
  • Perform inventory and available-to-promise (ATP) checks to support accurate order confirmations and delivery planning.
  • Support month-end activities by identifying and closing open order items while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, internal controls, and service level requirements while driving customer satisfaction.
