Job Description

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's assets.
  • Lead the cybersecurity and resilience team to ensure operational continuity.
  • Monitor and assess risks, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage incident response processes and coordinate investigations.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on cybersecurity and resilience status.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a security-conscious culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & Resilience should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or resilience planning.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
