Job Description

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks within the general insurance operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and address compliance-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the insurance industry.
  • Support the Risk & Compliance department in strategic planning and execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager, Compliance should have:

  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations.
  • Proficiency in conducting compliance audits and preparing reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
