Job Description

  • Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Implement and support technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
  • Oversee software and hardware installations and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
  • Document IT processes and maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT professional should have:
