Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliations and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and controls.
  • Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for effective financial management.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference for candidates with proficiency in Chinese
